Our last shipping day before christmas 2017 is Thursday 21st December 1PM order latest.
We are closed on 22nd til 2nd January However staff will be processing any orders recieved during the holiday period, and answering emails.
How we send your goods:
UK orders are usually shipped on the same day of order placement using your choice of 'Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class or courier ( Interlink DPD)Note the Royal Mail services are not tracked. International postage orders using "Royal Mail International Signed For" service will have a tracking number and we can provide that 2-3 days after postage. This is a Royal Mail issue and we cannot provide instant tracking information.
Interlink/DPD are our courier of choice. This is normally a next day service (excluding Northern Ireland) but please allow approx 2-3 days for delivery after the order has been sent. Larger and more expensive overseas orders items may also be sent by courier depending on which service you have chosen. Please note that Interlink deliver next day when booked Monday to Thursday. If an order is placed on Friday and Interlink service chosen, the next working day will be Monday. We do not offer a Saturday delivery service by courier. Interlink will use your contact details to inform you of your delivery status and any notifications.
We cannot be responsible for delivery information supplied by the customer, if these details are incorrect and the items do not get delivered, we are not liable to replace those items.
Please notify us of any discrepancies or problems with your order within 28 days of your items being delivered. After this time period, we cannot rectify any discrepancies.
It is a legal requirement that the full value of the goods are declared (not including shipping charges) on all packages delivered outside the EU, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.
It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask us to do any of the above.
Any additional charges or fees for customs clearance must be paid for by the customer. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
We aim to despatch orders as quickly as we can but we cannot guarantee same day despatch and we cannot guarantee 'next day' delivery. The mail order department operates Monday to Friday,9am-5.00pm. If Priority Despatch is chosen, this will ensure your order is processed and dispatched as a priority but not necessarily the same day. Your order will however be fast tracked.
We mainly use Royal Mail Tracked service to deliver most orders. If the order is small enough it will be delivered through the letterbox. If you are not in then Royal Mail should leave you a card informing you to collect your order from your nearest Delivery Office.Please note: we have no control over how the Postal Service operates and we will not be held liable for late/delayed orders. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timescale then do contact us. Please note:The Royal Mail does not claim that a parcel is missing until 14 working days after posting.
If you require your order status then you can email or phone us, this information is available but does not automatically get sent via email. Orders sent to Scotland and Northern Ireland may take 2-4 days.
